The Centre brings together leading regional training providers to support the UK life sciences workforce by delivering high quality training and outreach, spanning the entire careers pipeline for industry, academia, and the NHS.

Adopting a co-ordinated and scalable approach to skills development, the Centre comprises a network of academic delivery partners with an unrivalled track record for delivering training for the medicines manufacturing community.

Drawing on our existing infrastructure for rapid operationalisation, we are building onto them new approaches such as:

  • Co-created, co-branded core materials for training and outreach that are readily scalable across the UK.

  • Digital training approaches including cutting edge virtual reality and mixed reality to enable standardisation and consistency across our network.

  • Accelerator programmes for T-level students, undergraduate placement students, graduates and CPD trainees, and apprenticeship cohort activities, supporting all career entry points.
