Case Study: Using Unifrog to Strengthen Talent Pipelines in UK Medicines Manufacturing

20 January 2026

Resilience uses the Unifrog careers platform to widen access to sector‑specific information on highly technical careers and attract future talent into UK medicines manufacturing roles.

Unifrog provides a single, accessible portal used by more than 2.2 million students across 3,000+ UK schools and colleges, giving the sector national reach with a powerful mechanism to engage diverse talent at scale that would not be possible through traditional outreach alone.

Medicines manufacturing specific content on the platform includes an overview of careers in the sector and specific career library videos demonstrating diverse pathways and roles within the sector.

Unifrog offers a data‑driven way to ensure accessible and targeted outreach. Heat‑map analytics show that interest is highest in the South-East, London and East of England while schools & colleges in rural regions and in the North-East and West of England show lower engagement. These insights help the Centre of Excellence prioritise interventions with employers such as CPI in the North-East as well as engaging with employers across the devolved nations to address geographic skills gaps.

By combining accessibility, national reach and actionable data, the partnership with Unifrog is enabling the sector to build a more diverse, better‑informed and future‑ready workforce. It is becoming a critical tool in strengthening the UK’s medicines manufacturing talent pipeline and supporting long‑term skills sustainability.
