An introduction to the programming language R, with practical demonstrations on Linear Regression and non-parametric tests.
This one-day online course will cover the fundamentals of R as a programming language. It uses R to model data in ggplot2, including Linear Regression and non-parametric tests using data from bioprocessing operations. This course will prepare beginners on the logic, layout and grammar of using a programming language to visualise their data and determine if it proves a hypothesis.
