ATMPs are radically changing patient outcomes in several diseases. Their properties make them very different from traditional medicines, and they bring new, complex challenges in terms of storage, handling, and maintaining a chain of custody from raw material to the patient.

This course will cover:

  • Fundamentals on biology, production and use of ATMP medicines

  • The clinical landscape of ATMPs in trials and on the market

  • Sources of risk in delivering cell products to the clinic

  • Clinical user perspectives and workshop

There will be an optional dinner on the evening between the two days of the course that all attendees are invited to.

Anyone with an interest in working with ATMPs, including manufacturing and supply chain personnel, specialist research nursing staff, nursing staff working with licenced ATMPs, hospital pharmacists, graduates or research scientists looking to establish their career in ATMP industry.
